1、 Equipment Description:

This equipment is a fully automatic cleaning line, in which the operator manually places the workpiece into the feeding position, and the pull-out automatic conveying mechanism sends the workpiece to the corresponding ultrasonic coarse washing, ultrasonic fine washing, and high-pressure spray rinsing

After ultrasonic rinsing, pull out the washed workpiece from the feeding position. During the cleaning process, the operator will dry the cleaned workpiece with compressed air and remove it. The equipment is a fully automatic cleaning line, operated manually by the operator

The worker places the workpiece in the loading position, and the pull-out automatic conveying mechanism sends the workpiece to the corresponding ultrasonic rough washing, ultrasonic fine washing, high-pressure spray rinsing, and ultrasonic rinsing. After that, the washed workpiece is pulled in the unloading position

Get out. During the re cleaning process, the operator will dry the cleaned workpiece with compressed air and remove it. The equipment is a fully enclosed structure with fully automatic control. The operator only needs to use the PLC fully automatic computer control system to operate

The entire cleaning line can be controlled through the touch screen.
