The KY277-CX-3 differential pressure signal is used for measuring fluid differential pressure inside pressure vessels or pipelines in power plants, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and other enterprises. It can usually be used in conjunction with Wenduli tube type throttling orifice plates. For example, in order to prevent interruptions in the flow of lubricating oil or water in the cooling water of large transformers or the water bearings of power plant generators, which may affect the safe operation of the unit, a flow signal device is needed to monitor the flow status in the pipeline, in order to reflect the cultivation of flow rate and achieve automatic control. The KY277-CX-3 differential pressure signal can send signals or alarms according to the user's required parameters.
2、 Working principle and structure
1. Differential pressure measurement section:
Using two spring tubes (high pressure and low pressure), respectively connected to the inlet and outlet ends of the throttle orifice plate (or Wenduli tube, etc.), to measure the pressure difference before and after the throttle device, causing the high and low pressure spring tubes to produce different degrees of deformation. The low pressure spring tube drives the lever mechanism, low pressure pointer, and copper flag that plays an electronic control role to rotate together; The high-pressure spring tube drives another set of levers, high-pressure pointers, and photoelectric switches to rotate together. The high and low pressure pointers respectively indicate the pressure signals at each end, and the relative position between the copper flag and the photoelectric switch marks the magnitude of the high and low pressure difference. Adjusting the relative position between the copper flag and the photoelectric switch can adjust the starting value of the differential pressure signal. The copper flag enters the inner slot of the photoelectric switch and sends out a fault signal. The copper flag leaves the inner slot of the electric switch and indicates a normal working signal.
2. Electrical part:
The CX-3 differential pressure signal device uses a photoelectric switch type electronic relay in the electrical part to complete the two position adjustment work. When the high and low differential pressure values are small, the copper flag enters the inner slot of the photoelectric switch, blocking the red * outer * line light emitted by the photoelectric switch. The receiving part of the photoelectric switch sends an alarm signal because it cannot receive the red * outer * line light. When the high and low differential pressure values reach a certain level, the copper flag leaves the inner slot of the photoelectric switch, and the photoelectric switch receives the red * outer * line signal, indicating the normal working signal. The medium of the photoelectric switch is red * external * line light, but in order to ensure the stability of the instrument, an anti light interference circuit is also added to the instrument.
