Equipment installation and debugging:
Before installation, the foundation must be compacted and elevated with concrete mortar by 100-150mm. It can also be installed overhead, but the foundation must be able to bear the weight of the equipment during operation.
After the equipment is in place, it needs to be adjusted horizontally and a cleaning drain should be set up.
Before debugging, all debris in the water tank should be cleaned, and lubrication parts such as water pumps and air compressors that require lubrication should be lubricated with oil. After connecting the power, check whether the equipment rotation is normal.
Running operation:
Start the dissolved water pump and feed water into the dissolved gas tank. Adjust the water level to about 1/3 of the dissolved gas tank level gauge. At this point, the pressure in the dissolved gas tank should reach 0.4 MPa.
Adjust the dosage, inflow, and dissolved air volume according to changes in effluent quality to ensure effluent quality.

Shutdown operation:
