• Start the air compressor and input compressed air into the dissolved air device.

• When the pressure of the pressure dissolved gas tank reaches 2-3kg/cm ², start the electric single-phase electric water pump, slowly open the valve, and inject clean water into the dissolved gas.

• When the water level in the dissolved gas tank reaches one-third, open the vent valve and input the dissolved water into the reaction tank.

• Adjust the water pump valve to maintain the water level of the pressure dissolved gas tank level gauge at 1/3~1/2.

• Adjust the drainage valve of the air flotation tank to maintain the water level of the reaction tank at the slag discharge outlet and start normal operation.

Daily observation and maintenance:

• Regularly observe the flow rate of PAC and PAM and their coagulation with wastewater, and promptly clean the floating slag in the coagulation tank.
