1、 Principle of ultrafiltration technology:
Ultrafiltration technology is a nanoscale membrane separation technology. The hollow fiber ultrafiltration process uses hollow fiber membrane fibers as the filtration medium and the pressure difference inside and outside the membrane fibers as the driving force to separate substances of different physical diameters in the solution according to a certain filtration pore size, in order to achieve the purpose of purifying, separating, purifying, and concentrating the solution.
2、 The working principle of ultrafiltration:
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a physical screening process that uses pressure as a driving force to separate liquids using ultrafiltration membranes with different pore sizes. Its molecular cutting weight (CWCO) is generally between 6000 and 500000, with a pore size of 100nm (nanometers). The membrane used for ultrafiltration is an asymmetric membrane, with an average pore size of about 10-200 for the surface active separation layer. It can intercept large molecules and colloidal particles with a molecular weight of over 500, and the operating pressure difference used is 0.1-0.5 MPa. In the field of water treatment, ultrafiltration technology can remove bacteria, toxins, heat sources, and other colloidal substances from water. 3、 Substances that can be intercepted by ultrafiltration:
1. Large molecular organic compounds: fats, oils, proteins, starch, etc;
2. Microorganisms: bacteria, viruses, parasites, Escherichia coli, algae, etc;
3. Colloids: colloidal silicon, colloidal aluminum, colloidal iron;
4. Suspended solids: metal precipitates, suspended solids.

Main component function introduction:
Sand filter: used to remove rust, mud, sand, and large impurities from water to ensure the effectiveness of lower level filtration;
Carbon filter: used to remove colloids, organic matter, and bleaching powder from water to ensure the effectiveness of lower level filtration;
Fine filter: used to remove impurities that cannot be filtered by the sand carbon filter, prevent large particle impurities from entering the reverse osmosis membrane and causing damage to the membrane, and protect the reverse osmosis membrane;
Ultrafiltration system: mainly used for producing pure water through reverse osmosis filtration;

1) Mineral water: In the production of mineral water, ultrafiltration technology is applied. In engineering design, the pore size and membrane type of the membrane will be selected according to the water quality analysis report of the mineral water source, and ultrafiltration design will be designed accordingly;
2) Food: Ultrafiltration technology is gradually adopted in the production of dairy products, fruit juice, wine, seasonings and other food products, such as the separation of protein and low molecular weight lactose from water in milk or whey, clarification and sterilization of fruit juice, removal of colored proteins, polysaccharides and other colloidal impurities in wine, and removal of bacteria in soy sauce and vinegar. Compared with traditional methods, it has shown advantages such as economy, reliability and quality assurance;
3) Medicine: In the production of medicine and biochemistry, it is often necessary to separate and purify thermosensitive substances, and ultrafiltration technology has shown its outstanding advantages in this regard. The use of ultrafiltration to separate and concentrate bioactive substances (such as enzymes, viruses, nucleic acids, special proteins, etc.) is quite suitable for extracting drugs from plants and animals (such as alkaloids, hormones, etc.). The extraction solution often contains large molecules or solid substances, which can be separated by ultrafiltration in many cases to improve product quality;
4) Pure water and ultrapure water: primary purification of industrial water, RO pretreatment for pure and ultrapure water preparation, and terminal treatment for pure and ultrapure water;
5) Environmental protection: advanced treatment of industrial wastewater, urban water reuse system, recycling of electrophoretic paint and oil products;
6) Fermentation: Separation and refinement of biochemical fermentation broth, concentration and refinement of enzymes, clarification and filtration of sugars and xylitol.

4. Long lifespanDue to the vertical cross filtration principle adopted by the ultrafiltration machine, it is automatically cleaned and less prone to dirt and blockage. Therefore, under normal use, the lifespan of the filter element is 30-50 times that of a regular water purifier.
