working principle

When the sewage carrying solid particles passes through the crushing type grid, large pieces of garbage larger than 8mm are intercepted by the drum and transferred to the cutting area for crushing into small particles of 6-12mm. Large pieces of garbage smaller than 8mm are intercepted by the drum and sent to the cutting area for crushing into small particles of 6-12mm. Small pieces of garbage smaller than 8mm are carried by the water flow through the drum area, and the small particles flow downstream with the sewage, posing a threat to downstream equipment.

basic structure

The crushing type grille is composed of a driving device, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, a cutting blade group, a vertical drum, a seal, a machine body, etc. Solid floating objects in sewage enter the drum area and are intercepted by the rotating drum grate, and then sent to the cutting area. Two sets of differential rotating blades quickly perform axial and radial cutting, squeezing and crushing the solids into small particles.
