Non sealed horizontal twin-screw rotary oil pump is a volumetric pump with self-priming ability, suitable for shipbuilding, petrochemical and other departments, used for transporting lubricating oil, fuel oil and petrochemical media, syrup, juice, etc. It can also be used for sewage treatment and ship bottom cleaning. Its conveying medium has a viscosity of up to 10000mm ²/s, a maximum discharge pressure of 1.0mpa, and a flow range of 4-1569m ³/h.

type

2GC and 2LB horizontal twin-screw pumps are divided into four types based on the material of the screw pump and pump body:

◆2GC1, 2LB1 type: The main and passive screws are integral steel screws, which generally transport lubricating oil, diesel, residual oil, etc.

◆ 2GC2 and 2LB2 types: The active and passive screws are combined steel core copper screws, mainly used for transporting volatile oils such as gasoline, kerosene, and naphtha.

◆ 2GC3 and 2LB3 types: The active and passive screws are combined steel cores. Stainless steel screws are used for conveying ordinary corrosive media such as aviation kerosene.

◆ 2GC4 and 2LB4 types: The main and passive screws are combined steel core stainless steel screws, and the rest of the castings are made of stainless steel. They are mainly used to transport highly corrosive media and food liquids.

◆ (1) - Indicates that the active and passive screws are integral twin-screw pumps

◆ (2) - Indicates that the active and passive screws are combined steel core copper screws

◆ 300- represents the rated flow rate of the pump in m ³/h

◆ J - indicates that the shaft seal of the pump is a mechanical seal, and unmarked ones are rubber oil seals
