The JSX20 worm gear double-sided meshing comprehensive measuring instrument is a new product specially designed and manufactured mechanical host according to customer measurement requirements, combined with our company's mature electrical control system and fully functional software measurement system. Product Details

1、 Instrument features:

1. The worm gear shaft adopts upper and lower tip hole positioning and end face positioning. The lower tip can float up and down to ensure that the center hole and end face steps are positioned simultaneously. The upper and lower tips adopt the company's mature precision ball bearing shaft system structure;

2. The top shaft system of the worm also adopts a precision ball bearing shaft system structure, and the worm drive is equipped with an AC servo motor with excellent zero position encoder;

3. The worm gear carriage can move vertically up and down, equipped with an AC servo motor that drives the worm gear to move vertically up and down through a ball screw. It is also equipped with a closed grating ruler that can store data of the standard worm gear. Each time the standard worm gear is replaced, it can be automatically positioned to the measurement position;

4. The workpiece is installed on a floating measuring slide with V-shaped guide rails and steel ball holders. An open high-precision grating with a resolution of 0.1 μ is installed between the base and the floating measuring slide to display the center distance and its variation. The slide is equipped with an adjustable wrench to quickly separate and engage the worm gear and worm gear;

5. The worm gear slider is installed on a sliding plate with a fixed center distance. The sliding plate is equipped with a closed grating and driven by an AC servo motor through a ball screw to automatically reach the measurement position;

6. If the installation distance of the worm gear is unknown, during measurement, the computer can control the standard worm gear to move up and down, automatically find the correct meshing point between the worm gear and the worm gear, and then perform measurement;

7. The positioning, engagement, disengagement, and entire measurement process of the instrument are fully automatic. As long as the relevant parameters of the worm gear are input or the data stored in the computer is called, the instrument will automatically find the correct measurement position. After manually installing the workpiece, the instrument will automatically perform measurement;

8. The motor driver adopts a fully digital servo unit, a general-purpose microcomputer combined with a motion controller to complete measurement control, digital high-precision grating measurement positioning and error detection, and fully automatic measurement completion.
