Performance characteristics of double tube heat exchanger:

1. Double tube heat exchanger has high heat transfer efficiency

The double tube heat exchanger relies on a unique heat transfer element - the corrugated tube. The special peak and valley design of the corrugated tube creates strong turbulence during fluid flow due to the continuous and abrupt changes in the cross-section inside and outside the tube. Even at low flow rates, the fluid can form strong disturbances inside and outside the tube, greatly improving the heat transfer coefficient of the double tube heat exchanger. Its heat transfer coefficient is 2-3 times higher than that of traditional tube heat exchangers.

2. The double ribbed tube heat exchanger operates smoothly without fouling, blockage, or scaling.

During the operation of the double tube, on the one hand, the medium inside and outside the tube is always in a highly turbulent state, making it difficult for solid particles in the medium to deposit and scale; On the other hand, influenced by the temperature difference of the medium, the corrugated tube will undergo slight axial expansion and contraction deformation, and the curvature inside and outside the tube will frequently change accordingly. Due to the large difference in the coefficient of linear expansion between the scale layer and the corrugated tube, a large pulling force will be generated between the scale and the heat exchange tube. Even if there is water scale deposition, it will rupture and automatically fall off, thus ensuring that the double tube heat exchanger always maintains long-lasting and efficient heat transfer performance. At the same time, the pipeline channel is large, the pressure drop is small, the energy-saving effect is obvious, and there is no blockage problem.
