Drainage pipe external pressure load tester

The drainage pipe external pressure load tester is suitable for testing the compressive strength of various cement and concrete products. Mechanical performance tests on upper and lower water pipes, pipe piles, and various rigid and non rigid materials. The instrument needs to be equipped with auxiliary equipment such as I-beams. The product meets GB/T16752 "Test Methods for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Drainage Pipes"

　　1、 Usage method

1. Check if the sensors, display instruments, power lines, and signal lines are functioning properly.

2. Connect the AC three core power cord to the rear panel of the tester (power supply~220V), and connect the other end to the AC 220V three core socket of the mains.

3. Connect the 2-6m sensor five core signal wire to the instrument rear panel (signal input) five core connection.

4. The digital tube displays when powered on.

5. Before use: Power on the instrument and preheat it for about ten minutes. Wait for the numbers to stabilize before starting to work.

6. Place the sensor on the tested workpiece and secure it to prevent it from falling. The line of action of the measured object should coincide with the axis of the sensor to avoid measurement errors caused by lateral forces.
