1、 Introduction to driving scraper suction machine
The driving mud scraper collects the sludge settled at the bottom of the pool and scrapes it into the sludge collection tank, while also skimming the floating slag on the pool surface towards the sludge collection tank. Scum scraper can be set according to user requirements. According to the direction of water flow, it can be divided into reverse scraping and reverse slag discharge and reverse scraping and same direction slag discharge methods. The scraper mechanism lifts all the mud rakes during the return journey without scraping the mud. When returning to the starting position of scraping mud, the scraping rake falls down, and this cycle of work repeats itself.
2、 Characteristics of driving scraper suction machine
1. The inlet and outlet channels around the sedimentation tank are designed with edge sections to ensure uniform water distribution and outflow around the sedimentation tank.
2. The driving device adopts a combination of helical gear reducer and worm gear reducer to ensure output torque and speed, with high transmission effect. The reducer is equipped with an over force torque protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

4. The suction pipe discharges sludge in a horizontal perforated manner, which does not interfere with the gravity flow in the pool and ensures the stability of the effluent.

3、 Working principle of driving mud scraper
The scraper and the walking motor each perform their own duties during operation, without interfering with each other. The bottom of the scraper is equipped with a underwater walking wheel structure to ensure smooth operation. The two walking motors use synchronous motors to ensure consistent and stable walking on both sides.
4、 Operation instructions and precautions for driving scraper suction machine
1. When the scraper is running, it is necessary to ensure that the lubricating oil in the reducer is within the range of the oil mark, and to add lubricating oil according to the requirements of the reducer user manual.
2. After the first two weeks of operation, replace with new oil and clean the internal oil stains. From then on, replace every 3-6 months.
3. If the ambient temperature is high or humid, shorten the oil change time appropriately. When the ambient temperature is 0.35 ° C, it is recommended to use 220 industrial extreme pressure gear oil (ISO EP150).
4. Regularly add calcium based grease to the bearings on the scraper.
5. Check if there are any loose connections on the scraper.
6. Check if there is any leakage in electrical components and if the limit switch is effective.
5、 Maintenance measures for driving scraper suction machine
1. Handover maintenance: The operator is responsible for conducting maintenance before and 15 minutes after the shift.
(1) Refer to the handover records of work hours to understand the operation status and existing problems of the mud scraper.
(2) Clean and wipe the scraper platform, railing, and center cone to ensure no spider webs or dust accumulation.
(3) Check the condition of all parts of the equipment and the oil level of the gearbox to ensure good lubrication.
(4) Turn on the driving mud scraper and pay attention to its operation to remove the accumulated slag in the slag hopper.
2. First level maintenance: once a month, carried out by the operator with the assistance of maintenance workers.
(1) Thoroughly clean and wipe all parts of the driving mud scraper to ensure no spider webs, dust accumulation, oil stains, or rust.
(2) Add 3 # calcium based grease to all walking wheels.
(3) Wipe the gearbox clean to ensure its appearance is clean and the oil level is clear. Add N150 # medium extreme pressure gear oil to the specified upper limit of the oil level.
(4) Check whether the fixing bolts of the walking rail are loose or abnormal.
(5) Electricians should maintain electrical appliances according to their requirements.
3. Second level maintenance: The driving mud scraper should be maintained once a year, mainly by maintenance workers and assisted by operators. In addition to performing the first level maintenance, the following work should be done well.
(1) Remove the outer retaining ring from the center cone, remove the old grease, check the condition of the bearings, and add 3 # calcium based grease until it is packed.
(2) Change the gearbox oil, drain the old oil, clean it, and add 150 # medium extreme pressure gear oil to the specified upper limit of the oil level.
(3) Check and adjust the coaxiality between the walking wheel and the gearbox.
(4) Replace all the lubricating grease on the walking wheels.
(5) Check and repair the slip ring type conductive system in the center to ensure good contact and reliable fixation.
(6) Inspect the electrical system to ensure reliable contact and good control.
(7) Thoroughly inspect and tighten the rail bolts, and check the condition of the rail tread.
(8) Repair the scraper plate and replace the rubber.
(9) The overall anti-corrosion of the driving mud scraper requires inspection and replacement of the mud scraper rubber (every two years).
