The driving transmission scraper is used for the scraping and discharging system of circular sludge tanks. This machine is centrally driven, with high driving torque but more energy-efficient. After passing through the upper water inlet, the water is distributed through a stabilizing cylinder, with mud discharged from the center and surrounding drainage to ensure even water flow. Equipped with overload protection device, it can be controlled through computer network.

4、 Main structure of driving transmission scraper suction machine
1. The transmission device is installed at the walking wheel bracket and consists of an asynchronous induction motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, gears, and a machine base.
2. This transmission device has high transmission efficiency, high torque, smooth operation, and low noise. A safety shear pin is installed in the sprocket of the gearbox output shaft to achieve mechanical overload protection function.
3. The motor deceleration device has sufficient output torque, with a rated torque greater than 1.25 times the scraping torque of the scraper, and is equipped with a scraper and pool bottom up and down adjustment mechanism to control the distance between the scraper and the pool bottom, with an adjustment range of 0-50mm.
4. After installation, the transmission device does not need to be adjusted up or down, and mainly relies on aligning the transmission gears for transmission. It is required that the gear meshing clearance is compact, uniform, and noiseless.
5. The scraper and the walking motor are required to have no mutual interference during operation, and operate independently without interfering with each other.
6. Each lubrication part has oil injection holes.
5、 Precautions for using the driving transmission scraper suction machine
1. Inspection: Before power transmission, check the insulation resistance, grounding protection, and reliability of all electrical contacts in the control cabinet. After power transmission, check if the three-phase voltage is normal.
2. Operating procedure: Power on: Close the power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on.
(1) Manual mode: Set the selection switch to the "manual" position (45 ° left rotation). Power on: Press the start button, and the green light indicating the operation of the mud scraper will turn on. Shutdown: Press the stop button according to the process requirements, and the green running indicator light will turn off.
(2) Automatic mode: Set the selection switch to the "automatic" position (rotate 45 ° to the right). According to the process requirements, the PLC workstation sends instructions to control the start and stop of the scraper.
3. Accident alarm: When accidents such as power phase loss, short circuit, or overload of any equipment of the scraper occur, the scraper will shut down and have a light display.
