The CRN type drum less crushing grille is a channel type, wall mounted installation that crushes solid substances, suspended solids, and slender fibers in the conveying medium into small particles, which flow away with the sewage.
Suitable for installation and use in small and medium flow channels or pump stations, with strong cutting force and energy savings.
working principle
The sewage carrying solid particles passes through a drum less crushing type grille. The solid particles in the sewage are crushed into sufficiently small particles by the two sets of blades of the crusher in the crushing zone. After flowing downstream with the sewage, the small particles will no longer pose a threat to downstream equipment.
basic structure
The CRN type drum less crushing grille is mainly composed of a driving device, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, a cutting blade group, a seal, a machine body, etc. The driving device drives the driving shaft to rotate, and at the same time, the driving shaft drives the driven shaft to rotate through precision gears, causing the blades fixed on the two shafts to rotate in reverse, thereby biting, squeezing, cutting and crushing solid objects into small particles.

At low flow rates, the cutting area can be maximally utilized to improve cutting and crushing capabilities.
Product Features
1. The dual blade shaft uses gears to transmit torque, and through a certain transmission ratio, the dual shafts operate at different speeds, which can increase the tearing ability of solids.
2. A lower operating speed (typically 35~70rpm) can generate higher torque, and the lower circumferential speed of the blade ensures that energy is not wasted on water loss, while minimizing wear and tear rates.
3. The blade assembly has technology that can tear fiber materials at different speeds. The front and side edges of the blade teeth can cut plastic into fragments, and the peripheral plane of the blade can also crush brittle objects.
4. The speed of the driving shaft and the driven shaft is different to facilitate the self-cleaning of slag between the blades.
5. The blades used are arranged in left and right spiral shapes after being installed on the driving shaft and driven shaft to reduce cutting force and improve the transmission stability of the crusher.
6. Independent cutting blades and washers, easy to replace and maintain, and cost-effective.
7. The cutting blade and gasket are made of high-strength alloy steel, with uniform surface processing and hardening treatment to a minimum of 45-50HRC.
8. The horizontal gap between the cutting blade, gasket, and shaft should not exceed 0.2mm to ensure the normal driving of the cutting blade, reduce wear, and increase the pressure on the gasket.
9. High quality mechanical seals are used in the bearing area to ensure the normal operation of the bearing.

Configure Siemens and Mitsubishi human-machine interfaces, reserve communication interfaces, and enable remote automation control;
PLC and other key components are sourced from international brands such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, etc;

Parameters such as overload locked rotor current, number of reversals, and reversal time can be freely set;
◇ Equipped with motor leakage, overload, overheating, short circuit, and phase loss protection;
Equipment operation status, motor load current, and fault status can be displayed in real-time and queried historically.
