In the process of water purification, it is often necessary to add certain powdered chemicals, such as powdered activated carbon, lime powder, potassium permanganate, etc. This type of dry powder dosing equipment mainly includes dry dosing and wet dosing.
(1) Dry casting method
The dry dosing method uses devices such as a dry powder dosing machine to directly feed the drug powder into the treated water through a water injector. The main equipment includes a storage room, a feeding unit, a storage bin, a metering dosing equipment, and a control system. Dry type addition equipment is relatively simple and occupies a small area.
After years of experience accumulation, Yuzhong Company has successfully developed the YZ-A series small packaging vacuum feeding dry feeding system, which has the characteristics of mature technology, stability and reliability, and easy operation and maintenance.
1. System composition: vacuum feeder, storage bin, dry powder feeder, water sprayer, automatic control system, dust collection device, safety valve, level gauge, escalator, etc.
2. Loading method: Vacuum machine feeding, manual feeding (suitable for small-scale)
3. Running process:
When feeding, insert the vacuum suction head into the powder pile and manually start the vacuum feeding machine (or manually feed). The powder is temporarily stored in bin I, and bin II is equipped with a level monitor. When the level is lower than the set value, the lower end of bin I is opened through the automatic control system to allow the powder to flow into bin II by itself. The silo II is connected to the dry powder dosing machine, which receives an instantaneous water volume signal through the automatic control system. According to the set dosing ratio, the powder is added to the water injector, and then the powder is completely added to the water intake pipe instantly by the water injector.
4. Advantages: Simple structure, easy operation, high integration, good overall sealing, and small footprint.
