The dual angle filter is an efficient filtration device composed of two angle filter units connected in parallel. The main body is made of stainless steel 304/316 or carbon steel (surface anti-corrosion treatment) material. When the equipment is running, the two units can work alternately. Dual angle filterUsing a dual unit parallel and right angle structure design to solve the problem of traditional filter maintenance requiring shutdown. When the equipment is working, the fluid is diverted through the inlet manifold to two parallel corner filter units. Each unit uses a right angle structure to guide the fluid to turn, causing impurities such as rust, sand, and welding slag in the fluid to accelerate and settle under inertia. At the same time, the filter screen intercepts the impurities, and the clean fluid flows out through the outlet manifold.When one of the filtering units has too many impurities trapped in the filter screen, causing an increase in pressure difference and requiring cleaning, the operator does not need to interrupt the entire system. They only need to switch the valve to direct all the fluid to another normally operating unit, and then disassemble, clean or replace the clogged unit's filter screen. After cleaning, switch the valve to put it back into use.The filter screen is made of stainless steel woven mesh or sintered mesh material, and the filtration accuracy can be selected from 10-300 mesh according to the working conditions.
