Dust collector pulse valve refers to a diaphragm valve controlled by electromagnetic or pneumatic pilot valves, which can instantly open and close high-pressure gas sources to generate pulses. The pulse valve of the dust collector is the main component of the bag filter, with a spraying frequency of over 1 million times. Pulse valve: It is a type of valve that relies on the delay effect of air flow through air resistance and air volume to convert the input long signal into a pulse signal.
Working requirements for pulse valves:
Working pressure: Z-type valve: 0.4~0.6Mpa
Y-type valve: 0.2~0.6Mpa ZM type valve: 0.4~0.6Mpa.
Gas source medium: Clean gas with temperature<55 ℃, treated with oil and water removal, filtration accuracy<5 μ m, and adjustable pressure.
Usage environment: 1. Temperature: -25 ℃~55 ℃ 55 ℃~180 ℃.
2. The relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85%.
3. The protection level meets IP64.
Membrane lifespan: 1 million cycles.
Pulse valve lifespan: Five years of use under standardized installation, correct use, and reasonable maintenance conditions.
Pulse valves are divided into right angle pulse valves and submerged pulse valves
Working principle of right angle pulse valve:
High pressure gas is introduced from the inlet and enters the lower chamber. When the pulse valve is not powered, the gas enters the pressure reducing chamber through the constant pressure pipes of the upper and lower shells and the throttle holes. Due to the valve core blocking the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas will not be discharged, making the pressure in the pressure reducing chamber and the lower chamber consistent. Under the action of the spring, the diaphragm will block the blowing port, and the gas will not rush out. 2. When the pulse valve is powered on, the valve core lifts upward under the action of electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole opens, and gas is sprayed out. Due to the effect of the constant pressure pipeline orifice, the outflow velocity of the pressure relief hole is greater than the inflow velocity of the constant pressure pipeline gas in the pressure reducing chamber, causing the pressure in the pressure reducing chamber to be lower than that in the lower chamber. The gas in the lower chamber lifts the diaphragm, opens the blowing port, and performs gas blowing.
Working principle of submerged pulse valve
As shown in Figure 1, its structure is basically the same as that of a right angle pulse valve, except that it does not have an inlet and directly uses an air bag as its lower chamber, and its principle is the same.
Common faults and repair editing
1. The spring is damaged, and the spring on the pulse valve core is prone to damage, resulting in the appearance of the pulse valve releasing air to the nozzle for a long time. The solution is to replace the spring.
2. The rubber gasket is damaged. After prolonged use, the rubber gasket on the pulse valve core is prone to damage, resulting in long-term venting of the pulse valve to the spray port. The solution is to replace the rubber gasket.
3. The dirt on the valve core is caused by unclean air intake, resulting in the accumulation of dirt at the valve core. The appearance is that the spray nozzle has been in the air for a long time or the pulse valve does not move after being powered on. The solution is to clean the valve core.
4. The membrane is damaged, and after long-term operation, the membrane is prone to fatigue, oxidation, etc., resulting in long-term venting of the pressure relief port and the pulse valve not working. The solution is to replace the membrane.
5. The throttle hole is blocked or damaged, and unclean intake can easily cause the throttle hole to be blocked. The appearance is that the pulse valve releases air to the nozzle for a long time. The solution is to clean the throttle hole; The damaged or missing throttle hole causes the throttle hole to lose its interception function, resulting in abnormal pressure relief. The appearance is that after power is applied, the pulse valve acts and the pressure relief port releases air, but the pulse valve does not blow. The solution is to replace the throttle hole.
