1、 Product Introduction: The EXPEC 3200 Portable Non Methane Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer (expandable for measuring non methane total hydrocarbons+benzene derivatives) is a truly portable product designed to meet the needs of field applications. One chassis integrates all modules for non methane total hydrocarbon detection, including valves, chromatography columns FID、 Carrier gas cylinders, air cylinders, standard gas cylinders, batteries, and sampling probes can directly measure non methane total hydrocarbons and benzene derivatives without the need to connect to the mains or gas pipelines on site, and output reports. The product is equipped with a sampling pump and a quantitative loop to achieve accurate quantification. It uses chromatographic separation and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for analysis, and can simultaneously measure the total hydrocarbon and methane content in fixed pollution source exhaust gas and unorganized air at the factory boundary. The non methane total hydrocarbon content is automatically calculated, fully meeting the requirements of HJ38-2017 and HJ1012-2018 standards. The product uses a quantitative loop to introduce a fixed volume of samples into the total hydrocarbon column and methane separation module, respectively, to obtain the concentrations of total hydrocarbons and methane. The concentration of non methane total hydrocarbons is obtained by subtracting the concentration of methane from the total hydrocarbons.
