In industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, and gas, it is an upgraded product of gate valves, globe valves, Y-shaped valves, and ball valves. At present, it has been used in coal powder injection in the steel industry, slurry, mother liquor and alumina powder transportation in the alumina industry, hydraulic (or dry) ash removal in the power industry, petrochemical industry, gas industry and other occasions.

Coal powder injection: an ideal equipment for controlling solid transportation such as coal powder injection of dusty gases and particulate fluids. It is widely used in various pipeline controls in production processes such as metallurgy, mineral processing, and power, including blast furnace coal powder injection, powder production systems, and dust removal systems. It adopts a straight through structure, with smooth flow channels and no dust accumulation or blockage. The sealing pair is made of Co-Cr-W alloy material, which has undergone special heat treatment to resist erosion and wear of the valve. At the same time, the eccentric spherical surface of the valve has automatic compensation performance. By adjusting the bolts on the worm gear, the sealing pair can still achieve resealing even under certain wear and tear. (including dusty gases and particulate fluids).
Petrochemical industry; Blast furnace gas and gas: The sealing pair is made of Cr Mn Si hard alloy, which is fire-resistant, explosion-proof, and anti-static. The sealing pair is resistant to high temperatures of 425 ℃, and its corrosion resistance and anti bite ability are more than 6 times that of stainless steel sealing pairs. It is particularly suitable for use in pipeline transportation and pressurized gate stations for gas, coke oven gas, water gas, liquefied gas, and natural gas. Slurry mixed fluid: A process valve that transports two-phase mixed fluid media in processes such as slurry, slurry ash, etc. that are prone to sedimentation, scaling, and crystallization. It can remove scaling obstacles and achieve smooth closure when closed. It has a novel structure and design, with advantages such as high energy saving, good wear resistance, reliable sealing, lightweight operation, rapid opening and closing, and long time. Pipeline: It belongs to a straight through hemispherical valve with no reduction in diameter. The valve body channel is connected to the pipeline in a straight pipe, with equal cross-sectional area and less resistance than the reduction in diameter.
