The high-efficiency cyclone heat exchanger is a highly efficient and energy-saving heat exchange equipment developed based on the introduction of advanced heat exchange technologies at home and abroad, combined with the existing heat exchange equipment. Efficient swirl heat exchanger, also known as turbulent heat exchanger, double corrugated tube heat exchanger, threaded tube heat exchanger, spiral tube heat exchanger, or spiral groove tube heat exchanger. The high-efficiency heat transfer element made of copper with high thermal conductivity and combined with internal and external threads is used to create a swirl heat exchanger. With low fluid resistance, a strong swirl is formed, greatly improving the heat transfer coefficient inside and outside the tube.

Product performance characteristics:

1. High heat transfer coefficient: According to tests, within the practical flow rate range of 1.5-2.5 m/s, the total heat transfer coefficient during steam water heat exchange is Q=6000-7000 kcal/m2. h.C, and the total heat transfer coefficient during water water heat exchange is Q=4000-5000 kcal/m2. h.C.
