Process Explanation:

(1) Hair aggregator: It can remove large suspended solids in water, serve as a pre-treatment tool, and ensure the normal operation of subsequent equipment. The device can be cleaned regularly and is easy to operate;

(2) Aeration regulating tank: The bottom is equipped with an aeration head, which plays a role in regulating water volume, homogenizing water quality, cooling and deodorizing, cultivating microbial activity in water, etc. It can effectively remove more than 20% of BOD5;

(3) Contact oxidation tank: The tank is equipped with a new type of packing material, which has a wide range of adaptability to changes in inflow load and environmental conditions. After normal operation, there is no need to adjust the sludge and air volume. Due to less sludge shedding, there will be no sludge expansion during operation of activated sludge, making it suitable for treating organic wastewater with lower concentrations;

(4) Quick filter: using a new type of fiber filter ball with high porosity and strong interception ability, with a maximum filtration speed of up to 300m/h;

(5) Activated carbon adsorber: This equipment plays a role in ensuring water quality and is set according to different requirements for reclaimed water use;

(6) Intermediate water cleaning tank: stores treated intermediate water and maintains it for a certain retention time to effectively kill microorganisms in the water with disinfectants.
