ZH Composite Packing Technology Description
The biological contact oxidation method is an efficient water treatment process that mainly uses biofilm to purify wastewater. The filler, as a biofilm carrier, is the core part of this process, which directly affects the treatment effect, oxygenation environment, infrastructure investment, operation cycle, and cost.
Composite fillers are a new product derived from soft fiber fillers and semi soft fillers. It combines the advantages of soft fiber fillers and semi soft fillers, while also addressing their respective shortcomings.
(1) Product Structure
Composite filler is composed of a polymer plastic frame and aldehyde fiber filaments, which are firmly connected by tightly spinning polyethylene ropes. After the plastic frame is formed by high temperature pressure, the fiber bundles are evenly distributed around the sheet, so that the effective surface area of the fiber bundles can be fully utilized without sticking.
(2) Product Features
The soft fiber bundle is evenly distributed around the plastic ring sheet by a unique perforation fixation method, so the fiber bundle will not fall off, and at the same time, the phenomenon of agglomeration and anaerobic in the center of the filler is avoided, which improves the central oxygen supply. The snowflake needle like structure in the middle of the plastic ring sheet can also play a good role in water and gas distribution. At the same time, it has a strong bubble cutting ability, improves the gas utilization rate and dynamic efficiency. The biofilm is easy to grow and fall, and has the advantages of good mass transfer effect, high oxygen utilization rate, not easy to block, corrosion resistance, biodegradation resistance, aging resistance, impact load resistance, etc.
ZH type composite fillers overcome the disadvantages of longer bacterial biofilm formation time and relatively smaller specific surface area of semi soft fillers, and leverage the advantages of fast biofilm formation and larger specific surface area of semi soft fiber fillers; Overcoming the shortcomings of soft fiber fillers such as easy agglomeration, anaerobic, and short lifespan, the advantages of semi soft fillers such as strong biofilm activity and long lifespan have been fully utilized, achieving an optimized combination effect of maximizing strengths and avoiding weaknesses, and complementary advantages, ensuring the stability and normal operation of the biochemical wastewater treatment process.
