The external sealing of the gate is achieved through elastic sealing strips embedded in the valve body, which can be adjusted with screws and pressure plates, ensuring reliable sealing.
4. Wear resistant and anti blocking designThe gate is made of stainless steel material, which can prevent sealing leakage caused by corrosion. The gate has a raised sealing surface that can scrape off adhesive on the sealing surface, automatically remove debris, and prevent the accumulation of media on the sealing surface.
5. Electric control functionEquipped with a multi turn electric device, the valve plate moves in a straight line up and down, achieving remote control of valve opening and closing. Operators can remotely control from the control room, manually operate on site, or cooperate with computers to achieve automatic control.

working principle
The Z973X electric slurry valve is mainly composed of a valve body, valve plate, screw rod, valve stem nut, electric actuator, and U-shaped sealing strip. When the electric actuator is started, the valve plate is driven up and down in a straight line by the screw to achieve the opening and closing of the valve. The gate adopts a knife shaped structure, and the bottom end is processed into a blade with high smoothness to ensure good sealing. A hard PTFE scraper is installed on the upper end of the blade to prevent abrasive substances such as dust and gravel from entering the packing box. The wear-resistant folding cone made of polymer grease or Ni containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end to prevent particle materials from directly flushing onto the seal, thereby improving working conditions and extending service life.
