Adopting a double eccentric structure, the axis of the valve shaft is offset from the valve body to form an obtuse angle. When opening and closing, the butterfly plate disengages from the valve seat, and there is almost no friction between the sealing rubber and the welded stainless steel 316 valve seat. The sealing principle is that the butterfly plate clamps a high-quality rubber ring and cooperates with the finely welded stainless steel 316 valve seat to generate elastic reverse force, thereby achieving sealing performance. This structure not only achieves a tighter closing effect, but also greatly extends the service life of the valve. Double eccentric flange butterfly valves are used in the fields of water supply and drainage systems, thermal pipeline systems, and sewage treatment systems in municipal engineering.
