Overview
Electric high-pressure three-way ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. It is mainly used in situations where the medium pressure is relatively high. The electric high-pressure three-way ball valve is a three-way high-pressure ball valve equipped with an electric actuator, and the valve can be controlled in the control room without the need to manually control it on site or at high altitude, which greatly saves manpower, time, and safety.

Special sealing form
(1) Valve seat packing: Polyoxymethylene seal, excellent high pressure resistance, can achieve a temperature range of -40 ℃ to+100 ℃.
(2) The special design of the anti-corrosion metal protective ring avoids direct gas contact with the polyoxymethylene valve body seal, thereby maximizing the sealing effect of the ball valve and preventing internal leakage.
The anti vibration design aims to prevent the O-ring at the joint of the ball valve from being easily crushed and causing damage, and to prevent external leakage at the joint of the ball valve. In addition to the original anti internal leakage protection, a special anti external leakage protection scheme has been added. By combining anti leakage and anti leakage designs, we achieve greater safety.
The full bore design has the same diameter as the ball hole, which ensures that the medium will not cause local interception when passing through the sphere.

After surface oxidation treatment, the sealed alloy shell has strong anti-corrosion ability, and the shell equipped with sealing rings meets waterproof standards such as IEC IP67 and NEMA4~6. In addition, there is an explosion-proof device designed inside the shell, which can be suitable for work under any environmental conditions.
Unidirectional and three-phase power supply are standardized in one module, and composite terminal blocks can fully meet requirements such as DCS auxiliary connectors, interlocking, and other phase selection.
The arrangement of mechanical components and electronic modules can be easily removed, thereby improving the conditions for assembly, maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical components. There is sufficient space inside the electric actuator to provide installation of optional components.
The size design of the handwheel ensures safety and labor-saving during manual operation
Manual operation
The lever of the plate driven clutch can rotate the handwheel after the clutch is disengaged. When powered on, the clutch automatically resets.
The installation base complies with the ISO5211 standard. The transmission shaft sleeve can be disassembled and machined to the size required for valve spindle assembly. The position of the electric actuator can be adjusted by the four screw holes on the transmission shaft sleeve.
The dryer installed inside the electric actuator can prevent condensation caused by temperature and weather changes. A standard 20W dryer can keep all electronic components inside the actuator dry and clean.
The limit switch is controlled by a simple and reliable cam mechanism driven by the spindle. The valve position is adjusted using this simple and adjustable switch, and the valve position adjusted by it is not affected by whether it is "excessive" or not during manual operation.
The torque switch with cam action is easy to adjust and provides "overload" protection.
The self-locking function between the worm gear made of high-quality steel and the worm wheel made of copper green aluminum alloy can prevent reverse rotation under input control signals or power outages.
