Structural characteristics and applications: Hydraulic fan-shaped blind valve, also known as eyeglass valve, flap valve, or fan-shaped valve. The hydraulic blind plate valve is mainly composed of left valve body, right valve body, screw pair, flap, sealing ring, lever, hydraulic cylinder and other parts, and has a base and support column to form a rigid structure. The valve is equipped with a clamping cylinder and a flap cylinder. The clamping cylinder drives the left and right valve bodies through a lever screw pair to complete the loosening and clamping actions, while the flap cylinder drives the flap to complete the opening and closing actions. The rubber sealing ring is embedded on the flip plate, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, good sealing performance, easy replacement, and long service life.

This equipment is widely used in gas pipelines of metallurgical industry, chemical industry, energy and municipal systems, and is used as a gas isolation valve. It is an ideal harmful gas isolation valve.

Structure and working principle

This valve is an electric push rod driven fan-shaped blind plate valve. The valve body consists of a left valve body, a middle valve body, a right valve body, a valve plate, a clamped threaded valve stem, a bellows, an electric clamping push rod, an electric walking push rod, and other components.

The working principle of the valve is as follows: firstly, the electric clamping push rod is driven by the motor, and the thrust is directly applied to the actively clamped threaded valve stem through the crank, causing it to rotate and synchronously rotate the three threaded valve stems through the connecting rod mechanism, driving the corresponding left and right valve stem nuts, so that the left valve body and the middle valve body move relative to the valve plate as the center while compressing the bellows, causing the door panel sealing ring * to detach from the two valve body sealing rings. Restart the electric walking push rod to replace the blind and through rings of the door panel, and the electric clamping push rod will move again to clamp the rubber sealing ring of the door panel, thus achieving valve sealing. The door panel is composed of a blind plate and a through ring. When the tightening mechanism is released, the door panel can be rotated to change its position to achieve valve opening and closing. According to the GB6222-2005 "Safety Regulations for Industrial Enterprise Gas" standard, blind plate valves must be used in conjunction with metal sealed butterfly valves during use.

Advantages: During the opening and closing process of the valve, there is no wear on the door panel sealing ring, the sealing performance is stable, and the sealing ring is easy to replace. The transmission uses the principle of linkage mechanism, with a simple structure suitable for harsh working environments, accurate transmission stroke, and uniform clamping force at the three clamping points of the clamping mechanism. Considering the structural characteristics of the blind valve, rigid reinforcement treatment is carried out on the two weak sealing points of the blind valve to make the sealing performance more reliable. The electric push rod positioning adopts a new type of inductive electrical device to reduce unnecessary sparks that may occur during signal transmission, making it safer to use. Due to the easy erosion and wear of the stainless steel expansion bellows in the valve during gas flow, this valve was designed with a wear-resistant 16Mn steel plate as the guide sleeve for the bellows in the pipeline, while increasing its thickness. The sealing ring material is selected from fluororubber with good high temperature resistance and gas resistance
