Purpose:

2. Used for discharging sludge and sewage on various types of purification equipment, external tanks or pipelines.
Working Principle:
Valve opening: The medium (water, gas, oil) enters the lower chamber of the cylinder body through a directional valve (manual four-way valve or solenoid valve), pushes the piston upward, and drives the bottom water stop cover plate to open. At this point, sludge discharge begins, and the amount of sludge discharge increases as the upward distance increases. The medium pushed upward by the piston is discharged through the directional valve while moving upward, completing the entire opening process.
After the valve is closed for sludge discharge, the four-way valve changes direction, and the medium enters the upper chamber of the cylinder body through the four-way valve. The piston is pushed downwards to seal the bottom water stop cover plate and the base, reaching the closed state. The sludge discharge stops, and the medium in the lower chamber of the cylinder body is discharged through the four-way valve discharge hole. At this point, the entire sludge discharge process is completed.
