The imported dynamic balance electric control valve is a combination of dynamic pressure difference balance valve and electric control valve, which is equivalent to setting a constant pressure device at the inlet and outlet of an electric motor control valve. When the system pressure changes, the electric control valve is in a constant pressure state, ensuring that the electric control valve will not adjust the valve opening due to flow changes caused by system pressure fluctuations, thereby increasing the hydraulic stability of the system.
① When the inlet pressure P1 increases, P1-P2 increases. This is due to the upward movement of the electric valve spool, which reduces the opening between P1 and P2 and lowers the spool pressure P2; When the inlet pressure P1 decreases, the opening between P1-P2 increases, and the spool pressure P2 increases. Therefore, no matter how the pressure of the system changes, the pressure difference between the P2 and P3 keys remains unchanged through the regulating effect of the electric valve core. Therefore, this electric valve has strong resistance and dynamic balancing function.
② When the electric actuator receives a control signal to rotate the valve shaft in the R direction, the opening degrees of the P2 and P3 keys also change accordingly,. Due to the fact that regardless of how the system pressure difference P1-P3 changes, the pressure difference P2-P3 of the P2 and P3 keys remains unchanged in the equation, the water flow rate conveyed is constant for any opening position. Moreover, the actual flow characteristic curve of the electric control valve is consistent with its flow characteristic curve, which is neither too early nor too late, without deviation. Therefore, this type of electric control valve has better regulating characteristics compared to traditional electric control valves.

Imported balance valve is a valve that plays a role in regulating flow balance under hydraulic conditions. Generally divided into: static balance valve, dynamic balance valve, and differential pressure balance valve. The target of the balance valve is the resistance of the medium. The static balance valve mainly achieves flow regulation by adjusting the opening of the valve body, that is, adjusting the Kv value (Cv value) of the valve; The dynamic balance valve and differential pressure balance valve are mainly balanced by the resistance pressure difference of the pipeline medium itself. The balance valve can be installed on both the water supply pipe and the return pipe. Generally, it should be installed on the return pipe, especially for high-temperature circuits. For the convenience of debugging, it should be installed on the return pipe. Attention: Systems equipped with static balance valves must be calibrated with specialized instruments to achieve accurate flow balance.
