Fatigue testing system--Complete high load loading framework product series

The high load system series includes a complete set of rigid four column standard hydraulic servo loading frames, with dynamic rated load ranges from 1 MN to 5 MN. If necessary, a customized loading framework with higher load capacity and * functions can be designed according to the order. The system adopts a truly dynamic and high rigidity design, which can achieve the loading of high load test specimens and ensure stable and reliable continuous zero crossing load testing during the tension compression cycle. MTS servo valves and force sensors ensure accuracy and closed-loop control precision. The 311 loading framework has excellent system calibration capabilities, which can reduce system distortion and deformation to a low level, thereby maximizing accuracy and reducing data dispersion. In addition, due to the use of actuators installed on the crosshead and hydraulic crosshead lifting and automatic locking devices, the testing setup of the system is simpler, the fixed cost is lower, and the operational safety is also improved.
