Electrolytic chlorine dioxide sterilizer is an electrolytic device that uses special electrodes (titanium based coated with various rare and precious metals such as ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, platinum, etc.) and electrolytic membranes (with imported PVC as the substrate) to electrolyze saturated saline solution. Through a water sprayer, the synergistic disinfectant gas is fully mixed and dissolved with water to produce chlorine dioxide synergistic disinfectant.

3、 Operating procedures

3.1Initial startup operating procedures

3.1.1Open the main valve of the water supply pipeline to the generatorFill the cathode chamber and salt tank with water.

3.2Daily operating procedures

3.3Shut down

3.3.1Turn the switch on the front control panel to the off position.

3.3.2Close the main valve of the water supply pipeline to the generator in two hours.

3.3.3Unplug the power plug.

4、 Equipment inspection

This device has the characteristics of simple operation, stable operation, and durability. During normal operation, there is no need for a dedicated person to be on duty, but in order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, regular inspections are still required to detect problems and solve them in a timely manner.

Observe all piping systems of the equipment for any leaks. If any leaks are found, immediately shut down the machine and carry out repairs.

1.Observe the device indicator lights to see if they are functioning properly. If there are any abnormalities, immediately shut down the machine for maintenance;

2.Observe whether the raw materials are sufficient. When the raw materials are exhausted or insufficient, they should be replenished immediately;

3.Before long-term shutdown, it is necessary toequipmentClear and perform equipment pipeline cleaning and equipment cleaning work, then turn off the power of the equipment;

5、 Daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment

In order to maintain the equipment in good working condition, users are requested to do the following in their daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment:

7、 Emergency situation handling

Precautions for equipment in emergency situations:

When there is an emergency situation in the water supply system, such as sudden power outage, lightning strike, any equipment or component abnormality, or the water supply system cannot operate normally, the dosing equipment should be immediately powered off, and all valves of the dosing equipment and water supply network should be closed.

After the water supply system resumes operation, water customers can open the faucet for observation. If there are any abnormal phenomena, they must immediately report to relevant personnel to confirm that the water supply system and dosing equipment are normal and can be operated. Otherwise, the equipment should be shut down for inspection.
