2、 Source of electronic wastewater


The wastewater is mainly generated in the wet process of PC board, such as inner layer brushing, inner layer development, inner layer etching, inner layer film removal, electroplating, chemical copper deposition and other processes. The liquid medicine of each wet process unit uses multiple chemical raw materials to discharge various aged high concentration waste tank liquids and low concentration cleaning wastewater during the production process. The composition of wastewater from PCB production is complex and the concentration difference is large. The wastewater mainly contains Cu2+, Ni2+, COD, acid, alkali, etc EDTA、 Copper ammonia complex ions and other pollutants. Acidic high concentration waste liquid comes from processes such as acid washing and electroplating. The oil removal waste liquid mainly comes from the cleaning of the front board surface of each process. There is not much oil contamination on the PCB board itself, but a certain amount of oil removal liquid is added to the oil removal waste liquid, so the COD content is relatively high. Concentrated ink wastewater mainly refers to high concentration organic waste liquid generated during the development and film removal processes. These waste liquids contain a large amount of photosensitive film, welding film slag, etc. Their common feature is that COD is very high, sometimes reaching tens of thousands, so they must be separately pretreated. The workshop also needs to replace a certain amount of waste tank liquid every day, which increases the difficulty of wastewater treatment. 3、 Electronic wastewater treatment equipment treatment process
