QBY type engineering plastic pneumatic diaphragm pump-Introduction
QBY type pneumatic diaphragm pump is currently a type of pump in China, which can pump and absorb various corrosive liquids, such as granular, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, explosive, highly toxic liquids, ceramic glaze slurry, fruit slurry, glue, oil tanker warehouse oil recovery, temporary tank pouring, etc. The material of the flow passage components of the pump body is stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cast iron, and engineering plastic. The diaphragm is made of nitrile rubber, fluororubber, chloroprene rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, and perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) according to different liquids.
The QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump uses compressed air, steam, and industrial waste gas as power sources, with a suction stroke of 7m, a head of 0-50m, and a flow rate of 0.8-40 m3/h that is infinitely adjustable

1. No shaft seal, no leakage, spacious flow channel, so when transporting media containing particles, high viscosity (viscosity can reach 10000 centipoise), volatile and corrosive, it will not cause environmental pollution and endanger personal safety.
2. No rotating parts, good performance, allowing particle diameters up to 10mm to pass through. The liquid flows without shear, and the pump's own components wear less. It has minimal damage to the transported material and can transport sludge and living organisms such as small fish fry.
3. No need for irrigation, strong self-priming ability, suction range up to 7m, long-term dry breathing, no damage to the pump. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically shut down, and when the load returns to normal, it can automatically start running with self-protection function (electric pumps do not have this function).
4. The head of the pneumatic pump can reach 50m, the electric pump can reach 30m, and the outlet pressure can reach 0.6mpa. The head and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted through the opening of the air valve, and the air pressure can be adjusted between 1-7kgf/cm2. Electric pumps do not have this function, and imported pumps need to be equipped with regulating valves for control.
5. Pneumatic pumps can operate submerged in a medium without power supply, ensuring safety and reliability (electric pumps do not have this performance).
6. Pneumatic pumps do not require power and are more suitable for conveying media in flammable and explosive environments.
