Pre treatment: The raw water enters the pre-treatment system for the first time, and is filtered through a multi-media filter to remove suspended solids and particulate impurities in the water. The activated carbon filter adsorbs organic matter and residual chlorine in the water, and the softener removes hardness ions from the water. After pre-treatment, the water quality has been significantly improved, providing good conditions for the subsequent reverse osmosis process.

Reverse osmosis: The pre treated water is pressurized by a high-pressure pump, with a pressure generally ranging from a few to tens of megapascals. The pressure provided by the high-pressure pump enables water to overcome osmotic pressure and flow towards the other side of the reverse osmosis membrane. Under pressure, water passes through the reverse osmosis membrane, while impurities such as dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, and organic matter in the water are blocked on one side of the reverse osmosis membrane. Due to the very small pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane, only water molecules can pass through, so the water treated by the reverse osmosis membrane contains almost no impurities and the water quality is very pure.

Post treatment: After reverse osmosis treatment, the water enters the post-treatment system for further treatment according to the user's needs, such as sterilization and disinfection, pH adjustment, etc. After post-treatment, the water can meet the water quality requirements of different industries.
