The production line of homogeneous board equipment mainly consists of five parts:
1、 The mortar mixing system is mainly responsible for mixing different slurries in proportion. This system is divided into large, medium, and small devices, which can be selected according to individual needs and actual situations.
2、 The mixing system will mix the mortar and water in proportion to form a slurry, which will be sent to the production line through a funnel for review.
3、 The conveying system is mainly used to transport composite boards, and during the conveying process, multiple layers of composite boards are applied on top and bottom.
4、 The palletizing system stacks the composite products and drags them away for maintenance when a certain quantity is reached.
5、 The group drilling system drills holes for the well maintained products before and after unloading, and prepares them for installation on the wall.
