  ErgoHCI Intelligent Equipment Multi channel Human Computer Interaction Evaluation LaboratoryIt is a human-computer interaction evaluation laboratory independently innovated and configured by Beijing Jinfa Technology Co., Ltd. in the context of rapid development and application of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, emotional computing, and multi-channel human-computer interaction, combined with research methods from disciplines and fields such as human factors engineering, user experience, psychology, and cognitive neuroscience. It can conduct multi-channel human-computer interaction evaluation based on product prototypes in various environments such as laboratories, virtual reality, driving simulation, and real scenes. The laboratory combines prototype based experimental design, multi-channel intelligent human-computer interaction, ErgoLAB multimodal data synchronization, eye tracking, biometric measurement, brain imaging, motion capture and other technologies to integrate multi-channel interaction methods such as eye control interaction, gesture interaction, voice interaction, brain computer interaction, emotional interaction, etc. into human-computer interaction evaluation tasks and processes. Through synchronous collection and analysis of subjective and objective multidimensional data during personnel interaction, quantitative evaluation of human-computer interaction is carried out.

The laboratory is based on the ErgoLAB human-machine environment synchronization cloud platform, using self-developed technology from Jinfa Technology. It has multiple national inventions and software copyrights, and has passed provincial and ministerial level new technology and product certifications, as well as international management system certifications such as CE in Europe, FCC in the United States, RoHS in the European Union, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc. The laboratory combines various technologies such as ErgoLAB synchronization, cloud architecture, Bluetooth transmission, biometric measurement, virtual reality and simulation, eye tracking measurement, brain imaging, as well as cutting-edge algorithms such as multi-sensor fusion and machine learning, to provide scientific equipment human-computer interaction testing research and data analysis methods.

1. Laboratory layout
ErgoHCI brain computer intelligent devices are divided into a main control room and several testing rooms. The main control room is equipped with ErgoLAB human-machine environment multi-dimensional data analysis and artificial intelligence application platform; The testing room is divided into behavior observation testing room, virtual reality testing room, driving simulation testing room, environment simulation testing room, etc. according to the experimental environment requirements, and is equipped with ErgoHCI multi-channel human-computer interaction platform and ErgoLAB human-computer environment multi-dimensional data synchronization acquisition platform.

1. Integration and evaluation of multi-channel human-computer interaction methods
With the development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and emotional computing, human-computer interaction is also moving towards a more natural and efficient direction. At present, there is a lack of systematic and scientific evaluation of the usability of multi-channel human-computer interaction. Our laboratory can integrate multi-channel intelligent interaction methods into product operation tasks and testing processes, such as clicking, switching, opening, closing, rotating and other operations through eye control, gestures, voice, brain computer and other interaction methods. Combined with the ErgoLAB human-computer interaction evaluation system, we can complete scientific evaluation and verification of multi-channel human-computer interaction methods.

  2. Human computer interaction evaluation based on product prototype

The laboratory adopts independent research and development technology, which can directly connect product design prototypes, including web prototypes, mobile terminal prototypes, VR prototypes, HMI prototypes, etc. Based on high fidelity interactive prototypes, human-machine interaction data collection and analysis can be carried out, and the evaluation results can be quickly fed back to the design to achieve iterative optimization of product design.

The system can collect all interaction data between operators and equipment, such as finger clicks, swipes, voice, gesture, brain computer, eye control interaction events, etc., and combine multidimensional data such as eye movement, physiology, and EEG for quantitative analysis. It evaluates multi-channel human-computer interaction methods from different stages such as perception, decision-making, and behavior.
