ErgoLAB Interaction Design and Consumer Behavior LaboratoryIt is a laboratory independently innovated and configured by Beijing Jinfa Technology Co., Ltd. for research in the field of neuromarketing and consumer behavior, suitable for advertising evaluation, user experience, shopping experience, consumer behavior, product research and other directions. The laboratory is based on the ErgoLAB human-machine environment synchronization cloud platform, which collects real-time data on people, products, and environment, analyzes the neural level activity mechanism of consumer decision-making, finds the real driving force behind consumer behavior, and formulates appropriate marketing strategies.

The laboratory adopts self-developed technology from Jinfa Technology, with multiple national inventions and software copyrights. It has passed provincial and ministerial level new technology and product certifications, as well as multiple international management system certifications such as European CE, American FCC, EU RoHS, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc. The laboratory combines various technologies such as ErgoLAB synchronization technology, cloud architecture technology, Bluetooth transmission technology, biometric technology, physical environment simulation and emulation technology, virtual reality technology, eye tracking technology, brain imaging technology, as well as cutting-edge algorithms such as multi-sensor fusion and machine learning, to provide scientific methods for neuromarketing and consumer behavior research, as well as data analysis.

The synchronous cloud platform for consumer behavior can meet the full process needs of researchers in scientific research, including project management, experimental design, synchronous collection, data analysis, and visual reporting. Through the consumer behavior virtual reality system and consumer behavior prototype evaluation system, research on products and their prototypes based on virtual reality, desktop terminals, and mobile terminals can be achieved. The behavior and cognitive testing system can be applied to collect data on consumer attitudes, emotions, preferences, cognition, and other states in experiments through questionnaires, scales, and behavioral experimental paradigms. It can also be used to study individuals' basic cognitive patterns, providing a basis for marketing activities and product design.

Rich timeline hierarchy and stimulus material attribute settings, the system can directly analyze data results at the end of experimental runs and export reports with just one click. The experimental design module is easy to operate, and the system provides multiple research paradigms, allowing for quick editing of any experimental design.

2. Human computer interaction data collection and analysis based on product prototypes
Collect human-machine interaction data during the interaction process between consumers and product prototypes (VR models, APP prototypes, web prototypes, etc.), such as behavior data of mice, fingers, joysticks, VR controllers, etc., and conduct quantitative analysis. Interactive data can be synchronized with other multidimensional human factors data, including physiology, electroencephalography, brain imaging, biomechanics, behavior, posture, physical environment, etc., providing a complete data indicator system for human factors evaluation of product and advertising design.


3. Neuromarketing research based on multimodal high-density brain functional imaging technology
The multimodal high-density brain functional imaging technology combines the advantages of high temporal resolution of EEG and high spatial resolution of near-infrared brain imaging to synchronously collect and analyze EEG near-infrared data. Multimodal brain function testing has been applied to "read" consumer brain responses to products, packaging, advertising, and other marketing materials, applying cognitive neuroscience research to commercial market practices.

4. Synchronized collection of subjective and objective multidimensional data
Combined with the ErgoLAB human-machine environment synchronization cloud platform, multimodal brain function testing data can be synchronously collected and analyzed with multidimensional human factors data, including subjective evaluation, eye movement, physiology, brain imaging, behavior, action posture, physical environment, etc.
