These pores have adsorption capacity, and due to the large surface area of the carbon particles, they can fully contact with gases (impurities). When these gases (impurities) touch the pores, they are adsorbed, playing a purifying role. The essence of activated carbon adsorption is to use the characteristics of activated carbon adsorption to adsorb solvents from low concentration and high air volume exhaust gas into activated carbon. Activated carbon adsorption method is mainly used for the removal of low concentration gaseous pollutants.
The exhaust gas is driven by a centrifugal fan and enters the activated carbon adsorption box under positive pressure or air pressure. Due to the unbalanced and unsaturated molecular structure attraction or chemical bonding force on the solid surface of activated carbon, when this solid surface comes into contact with gas, it can attract the gas molecular structure, concentrate and maintain it on the solid surface, and then adsorb environmental pollutants. After passing through the filtration device, the exhaust gas enters the activated carbon adsorption tower, where the clean gas meets environmental standards at high altitudes.

When the exhaust gas is powered by a fan and enters the adsorption box under negative pressure, it enters the activated carbon adsorption layer. When the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent comes into contact with the gas, it can attract gas molecules and pollutants in the exhaust gas to be adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon, separating them from the gas mixture. The purified gas is then discharged at high altitude.
