Product Features

1. The outer shell of this product is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and the surface is subjected to high-speed shot blasting and powder electrostatic spraying, resulting in a beautiful appearance;

2. This product is a composite explosion-proof structure. The switch box adopts an explosion-proof structure, and the busbar box and junction box adopt an increased safety structure;

4. Equipped with high breaking small residual current circuit breakers or plastic shell residual current circuit breakers, which can be opened and closed by operating the handle outside the explosion-proof passenger body;

Malfunctions caused by improper selection of electrical appliances in the distribution box

Due to improper selection of AC contactor capacity during manufacturing, AC contactors of the same capacity were installed for different outgoing circuits, and the imbalance of three-phase loads was not taken into account. As a result, the current level of some outgoing contactors was not increased by one current level selection based on the normal selection of models, leading to the occurrence of AC contactor burnout during operation in the summer high temperature season.

Installation and maintenance

1. Before installation, check whether the data matches the actual usage situation;

2. Check all fasteners for looseness, and tighten them if there is any looseness;

3. The internal and external grounding of the junction box must be good and reliable;

4. During installation, the cable should be threaded through the sealing ring, metal washer, and tightened with a compression nut to ensure that the seal and cable are not loose. Unused wiring ports should be sealed with sealing rings and metal washers;

5. During maintenance and inspection, the power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover.
