The area of the rear chamber of the diaphragm of the valve is larger than that of the front chamber. Under the force of pressure difference, the diaphragm is in the closed position. The electrical control instrument inputs an electrical signal, and the explosion-proof electromagnetic pilot control device receives the signal to suction and move the column, open the unloading hole, and quickly discharge the pressure gas in the rear chamber of the diaphragm. The pressure gas in the front chamber of the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm, opens the channel, and the pulse valve sprays. The electric pulse signal disappears, and the explosion-proof electromagnetic pilot control device immediately resets. The unloading hole is closed by the moving column, and the gas pressure and spring force in the rear chamber of the diaphragm close the channel, causing the valve to stop blowing. The damping hole on the diaphragm plays a role in damping the airflow when the pilot head is lifted and the gas pressure is unloaded. When the unloading hole is closed, the pressure gas quickly fills the rear chamber, causing the diaphragm to close the channel and stop blowing.
