1. Fixed ball designThe sphere is supported by upper and lower bearings, and during operation, all the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the sphere is transmitted to the bearings, which will not cause the sphere to move towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure, with small torque and deformation, stable sealing performance, and long service life.

2. Electric controlUsing an electric actuator, the ball valve can be driven to operate by connecting a 220V or 380V power supply. It can also be equipped with switch type or regulating type actuators according to the working conditions, which are used for cutting off or regulating situations. Explosion proof electric actuators can be selected for use in environments with flammable and explosive media.

3. Excellent wear resistanceMade of cast stone material, it has wear resistance and corrosion resistance, especially suitable for working conditions containing abrasive media such as particles and fibrous impurities.

4. Full bore designThe flow aperture of the valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, with low flow resistance and almost no loss of medium flow, making it easy to clean the pipeline.

Fireproof and anti-static structureInstall conductive springs between the valve stem and valve body, as well as between the valve stem and ball, to prevent static electricity from igniting flammable media. The fire-resistant structure provides dual protection. When the sealing ring is burned, all sealing parts can form a hard metal to metal sealing structure.

7. Automatic pressure relief functionWhen the liquid medium trapped in the valve chamber vaporizes due to temperature rise and the pressure in the chamber abnormally increases, the medium in the chamber can automatically release pressure by pushing the valve seat with its own thrust, ensuring valve safety.
