The FLN36-12D and FLRN36-1D indoor AC high-voltage sulfur hexafluoride load switches, load switch fuse combination devices, and cable head type load switches are designed and developed by our company by digesting and absorbing foreign technology, combined with China's operational requirements. This product has undergone comprehensive type testing and its performance meets the requirements of GB3804 "3-63kV AC High Voltage Load Switches", GB16926 "High Voltage Load Switches Fuse Combination Electrical Appliances", IEC60265, and IEC60420 standards. This product has a three position arc extinguishing chamber with "closing opening grounding", reliable interlocking, high insulation strength of the fracture, large creepage distance design, and the output end is protected by a voltage equalizing protective cover. Install a cable head type load switch, with a touchable cable front connector installed at the outgoing end, and high-voltage cables installed in the incoming and outgoing lines, matched in the cable branch (junction) box. The switch is designed with special dynamic and fixed seals for reliable sealing, and is equipped with a pressure gauge in a prominent position for monitoring during operation, ensuring safe operation. It is a new high-voltage switchgear equipment for urban power supply.
This product is suitable for three-phase AC 10kV, 50Hz power systems. It is used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential areas, and prefabricated substations to disconnect and close load currents, fault currents, control and protect lines and distribution transformers.

Special usage conditions
According to the national standard GB/T11022-1999 "Common Technical Requirements for High Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment Standards", circuit breakers should operate under normal operating conditions. If the working conditions used by the user differ from normal usage conditions, such as installation at an altitude exceeding 1000m, ambient air temperature exceeding the limit specified for normal usage conditions, or high humidity prone to condensation, consultation should be conducted with the manufacturer and consensus should be reached.


structural characteristics
Load switches and combination devices consist of the same insulated body switch body, the same spring operating mechanism, fuse contacts, and a fuse action impact release system. The load switch for the touchable cable front joint is composed of a dedicated insulated body switch body and a universal spring operated mechanism.
The upper and lower bodies are made of epoxy resin injection, forming an inflatable cavity. The common moving contact can rotate to sequentially complete the three working states of "closing, opening, and grounding". Electric closing and opening can be added to the basic hand spring energy storage operating mechanism to achieve remote control operation for users to choose from.
The front of the mechanism box is equipped with SF6 gas pressure gauges and position indicators, which are used to monitor changes in SF6 gas pressure. The position indicator device is directly connected to the transmission shaft of the moving contact, indicating the working position of the moving contact with absolute reliability.
The rear of the body is equipped with a safety diaphragm. When an accident may occur inside the arc extinguishing chamber, causing excessive pressure, the overpressure gas can break through the diaphragm and be released, thereby ensuring personal safety.
The load switch and grounding switch, as well as the grounding switch and front door (which have this interlock for use in the distribution cabinet), all have reliable mechanical interlocks.


Operation structure
TII type manual spring operating mechanism (see Figure 1)
Use this operating mechanism to control the on/off and grounding of the load switch. The upper operating hole operates the grounding switch, and the lower operating hole operates the load switch. After the closing action is completed, energy is stored in the opening spring, and the opening can only be released through a manual button or fuse signal.
TII type electric spring operating mechanism (see Figure 2)
The TII type manual spring operating mechanism is equipped with an electric motor energy storage device and a trip coil to form the TII type electric spring operating mechanism. Manual and electric can be operated independently without affecting each other.

Arc extinguishing principle of load switch
SF6 gas has good arc extinguishing performance. In order to quickly extinguish the arc, the switch generates an arc when the moving and stationary contacts are separated during the process of breaking the current. At this time, due to the magnetic field of the permanent magnet, the arc is driven to quickly dissociate and cool around the moving and stationary contacts. It is extinguished at zero current crossing, and after extinguishing the arc, it forms a double break distance with insulation level of isolated break. This permanent magnet rotary arc principle has strong extinguishing ability, light contact burns, and extends electrical life.
