Used for steam heating equipment and condensate recovery systems, as well as working conditions that require rapid removal of condensate, it can automatically, quickly, and continuously remove condensate, effectively prevent steam leakage, and achieve the best heating effect.
Working principle
When the valve is first started, the automatic exhaust device quickly removes non condensable gases from the system. When steam and hot condensate enter, the temperature inside the valve chamber increases, and the exhaust device automatically closes. The floating ball rises and falls according to the change in condensate water level, driving the lever to adjust the opening of the valve seat hole and continuously discharge condensate. When the condensed water stops entering, the floating ball descends by its own weight, driving the lever to drive the valve core to close the drainage valve seat hole.
Usage and maintenance
1It should be confirmed whether the material, pressure, and maximum temperature of the valve body can meet the requirements of the working conditions.
2Before installation, the pipeline must be cleaned to remove debris.
3The installation location should be as close as possible to the heating equipment.
4It should be installed horizontally at the lowest point of the pipeline, with the flow direction consistent with the direction marked on the valve body.
5Each heating device should be equipped with its own drain valve to avoid mutual interference.
6When ensuring the safe operation of the system, slowly open the drain valve to gradually raise the temperature to a normal state.
7Regular maintenance is required to ensure the proper functioning of the drain valve.
