The FU150 chain conveyor has a novel structure, operates efficiently, is energy-saving, and has a long service life. The entire material is transported in a sealed box with minimal dust spillage. The conveyor chain rolls on the track with less wear, and its performance in conveying powdery and small granular materials is significantly better than other conveying equipment such as screw conveyors and buried scraper conveyors. The working principle of FU150 chain conveyor: Bulk materials have the characteristics of internal friction and lateral pressure. It is subjected to the pulling force of the conveyor chain in its direction of movement in the machine slot, which increases the internal pressure and internal friction between particles. When transported horizontally, this internal friction force stabilizes the material layers and forms a continuous overall flow. When the internal friction force between the material layers is greater than the external friction force between the material and the groove wall, the material moves forward along with the conveyor chain. When the ratio of the height of the material layer to the width of the machine slot meets the conditions, the material flow is stable.
