■ Overview

The FY series vertical long shaft down pump is a technical product that absorbs the long shaft connection technology of vertical pumps at home and abroad. It has a novel structure, low-speed operation, and long service life. The hydraulic performance meets the American API standards, and the overall technology has reached the international level of similar products.

On the basis of the FY series high-efficiency energy-saving long axis submersible pump, the FYW series high-efficiency energy-saving non clogging long axis submersible pump can be derived through non clogging design.

Transport neutral or corrosive liquids, clean or liquids containing solid particles or short fibers. Especially suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, and environmental protection.

■ Structural features

◇ It is designed using excellent domestic hydraulic models, which have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and good reliability; N=1450rpm low-speed operation, low noise, long service life;

The pump adopts a long axis structure, with an insertion depth of up to 6 meters. When special needs arise, the maximum insertion depth can reach 12 meters;

Sliding bearings are made of special materials with high strength and good corrosion resistance. External cooling can be selected according to the characteristics of the medium;

When the pump is started, the impeller is immersed in the medium, making it easy to start, with strong suction capacity, and no exhaust or vacuum problems;

The export flange is a semi movable flange for easy connection;

The pump inlet can adopt an extended suction pipe to increase the insertion depth, fully utilize its own suction stroke, shorten the pump shaft length, enhance rigidity, extend the service life, and be economically reasonable;

From the impeller inlet, the pump generally rotates counterclockwise.
