Factory industrial coagulantThe mechanism of action is to neutralize the negative charge on the surface of suspended particles, reduce the repulsion of charges, and make the particles more prone to coalescence; Excessive concentration of coagulants will cause the surface of sediment to adsorb excess iron ions and become positively charged, resulting in the loss of aggregation and sedimentation of iron's multi nuclear hydroxyl bridging ions. This product is mainly used for the purification of drinking water and industrial wastewater, as well as the treatment of special water quality (such as oily wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, smelting wastewater, wastewater containing radioactive properties, toxic heavy metals such as Pb and Cr, and wastewater containing F). Coagulants mainly achieve purification effects by compressing the double layer, adsorbing electric neutralization, adsorbing bridging, and capturing sediment nets, etc., to destabilize the fine suspended particles and colloidal ions in edema, aggregate, flocculate, coagulate, and precipitate.
Factory industrial coagulantMain purpose:
Can be applied to the treatment of river water, lake water, and groundwater
Can be applied to the treatment of industrial water and industrial recycled water
Can be applied to the treatment of wastewater
Can be applied to the recovery of coal mine flushing wastewater and porcelain industry wastewater.
Can be applied to wrinkle prevention of leather and fabric.
Can be applied to cement solidification and molding casting.
Can be applied to the refining of pharmaceuticals, glycerol, and carbohydrates
Can serve as a good catalyst.
Can be applied to paper bonding.
Coagulation refers to the process of aggregating colloidal particles and small suspended solids in water through a certain method (such as adding chemical agents), and is a unit operation in water and wastewater treatment processes. Condensation and coagulation are collectively referred to as coagulation. Coagulation includes two processes: coagulation and flocculation. The agents that can cause coagulation and flocculation are collectively referred to as coagulants. Agglomeration mainly refers to the process of colloid destabilization and the formation of small aggregates, while flocculation mainly refers to the process of destabilization colloids or small suspended solids aggregating into large flocs. The main factors affecting the coagulation effect are: (1) Water temperature: Water temperature has a significant impact on the coagulation effect. (2) PH: The degree of influence on coagulation varies depending on the type of coagulant used. (3) The composition, properties, and concentration of impurities in water. (4) Hydraulic conditions.
