Fenton oxidation tower

1. Working principle:
Fenton oxidation was first discovered and used by British scientists for the treatment of organic chemical wastewater. Its main devices are Fenton oxidation tower (tank), pH adjustment system, and hydrogen peroxide feeding system, which use the oxidation effect of hydrogen peroxide to remove organic matter. Hydrogen peroxide is a universal oxidant with weak oxidation ability and cannot react with most organic compounds. However, under the catalysis of divalent iron ions and other metal ions, its oxidation ability rapidly increases, even exceeding that of ozone, and its operating cost is particularly low.
The Fenton oxidation process requires continuous separation and collision of reactants while ensuring the optimal ratio and pH value of each reactant. Only in this process can the oxidation reaction be completed with maximum efficiency and the reaction time be shortened. Through experiments and practices, it has been proven that maintaining strong stirring can save 30% of reaction time and increase reaction efficiency by 20%.
Our company designs and manufactures the Fenton oxidation tower based on the principles of circulation and vortex boosting, which enables efficient contact reaction separation in the reaction tower between wastewater and reactive oxidants.
