Epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable trays are suitable for use in highly corrosive environments, large spans, and heavy load conditions.

The cable filling rate shall not exceed the standard specified value, and power cables can be taken as 40-50%, while control cables can be taken as 50-70%. In addition, a 10-25% engineering development margin needs to be reserved, and the selection of the cross-sectional area of the bridge is shown in the table below. All kinds of bends and accessories should comply with the engineering layout conditions and be matched with the bridge frame.
3、 Selection of load levels for epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable trays:
The cable tray should not only include its own weight, but also the mechanical load of the wires and cables it can withstand. The working uniform load should not exceed the rated uniform load of the selected load level. When the cable tray is subjected to a rated uniformly distributed load, its relative deflection of epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite type should not exceed 1/200.

The strength of epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable trays under load is related to the reliability and durability of the structure, and is an important basis for structural design. In practical use, in addition to cable load and self weight, cable trays should also consider the following loads:
1. Outdoor cable trays should consider the loads of wind, rain, or ice, and for earthquake prone areas, inertial loads should also be taken into account.
2. Cable trays should not be used as pedestrian pathways in principle, except for normal mechanical loads. Special designs for pedestrian walkways and other purposes should be negotiated with the user.
3. In the design of cable tray loads, not only vertical loads should be considered, but also the longitudinal and transverse loads that exist during installation and use (such as longitudinal traction force generated when laying cables and transverse loads generated when a ladder is leaning against the tray)
4、 Configuration of epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable tray supports and hangers:
1. The short span of indoor supports and hangers is generally 1.5-3m. The span of outdoor columns is generally 6m.
2. The configuration of supports and hangers for non straight sections should follow the following principles: when the width of the bridge is W<300mm, a support or hanger should be installed on the straight section side of 300-600mm at the junction of the non straight section and the straight section; When the width of the bridge is W>300mm, in addition to meeting the above conditions, a bracket or hanger should be added in the middle of the non-linear section.

5、 Technical requirements for epoxy resin and epoxy resin composite cable tray:
The structural design of the mechanism is reasonable, with the advantages of advanced technology, beautiful appearance, smooth surface, consistent thickness, high mechanical strength, easy installation, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
The bridge material is epoxy resin composite type, lined with a metal skeleton. The shape of the metal skeleton is the same as that of the cable bridge section, and the material is cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 1.5-2.0mm (150 ≤ B ≤ 300:1.5mm, 400 ≤ B ≤ 800:2.0mm). The metal surface needs to be specially treated with a soft bonding layer to prevent the metal skeleton from peeling off from the main anti-corrosion layer due to different thermal expansion coefficients
The bridge frame is coated with a main anti-corrosion layer on the metal skeleton, with an average thickness of 1.5mm-2.0mm and a specific gravity of 1.7-2.0g/cm3.
The main anti-corrosion layer must have a high-density, anti damage, and UV reflective protective layer on the outside, with a smooth and beautiful surface to improve the aging performance and service life of the cable tray.
The inner lining fiberglass cloth is made of three no (alkali free, wax free, and untwisted) fiberglass woven.
The filling material uses lightweight aluminum hydroxide to reduce its own weight, thereby improving the load-bearing capacity of the cable tray.
Any end face, connection face, and connection hole of the bridge shall have measures to prevent strong corrosion and external forces.
Require the main anti-corrosion layer, bonding layer, and protective layer to be hydraulically formed in one go.
Has strong corrosion resistance, with a service life of up to 30 years in harsh environments such as acid, alkali, salt, ammonia, etc., without aging or fading.
The flame retardant oxygen index of cable tray shall not be less than 30%.
