Filter cartridge dust removal equipmentThe induced draft fan introduces dust containing gas into the middle shell through the air inlet. The clean gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter cartridge and is discharged through the clean air outlet, while the dust is trapped on the outer wall of the filter bag. As time goes on, the dust adsorbed on the filter cartridge becomes thicker and the resistance of the filter bag increases. At this time, the pulse controller sends a signal, and the program automatically controls the opening and closing of each pulse valve, causing the high-pressure gas source to spray into the filter bag through the spray hole and Venturi tube. Due to the action of the high-pressure gas, the filter cartridge undergoes rapid expansion, causing impact vibration, and the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter cartridge is shaken off in the ash hopper and discharged by the ash conveying mechanism.
The main component of the filter cartridge that can purify dusty gases is the filter material, which we use (anti-static) polyester non-woven fabric. The selection of filter materials needs to consider the properties of the dusty gas, dust concentration, dust particle size, chemical properties, physical properties, gas temperature, etc. Overall, choosing filter materials with appropriate performance should be uniform, dense, breathable, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and have a certain mechanical strength in order to extend the service life of the filter bag and maintain good dust removal efficiency. Each type of filter material has its own advantages and disadvantages, so choose and use it reasonably based on the above conditions.
