1. After the feed pump of the filter stops, add the remaining water in the pump and pipeline, clean the external soil to prevent the pump body and water pipes from expanding and bursting due to water accumulation after freezing.
2. Cast iron parts such as bottom valves and bends must be cleaned with a wire brush before being coated with anti rust paint and then painted. After drying, they should be stored in a ventilated and dry place in the machine room or storage room.
3. When driving with a belt, after removing the belt, clean and wipe it with warm water, and hang it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store it in places with oil stains, rotting food, or smoke. In all cases, please do not stick oil, diesel, gasoline or other oils on the belt, and do not apply rosin or other sticky substances.
4. Inspection of ball bearings for internal coating wear, clearance, ball wear, and surface spots. Clean the bearings that do not need to be replaced and can be used with gasoline or kerosene, apply butter, and then reinstall them.
5. Check for cracks and small holes in the impeller of the feed pump of the filter press, and ensure that the fixing nut of the impeller is not loose. If there is any damage, repair or replace it. When the impeller is excessively worn or damaged, a new impeller should generally be replaced. Local damage can be repaired by welding, or the impeller can be repaired with epoxy resin mortar. After repair, the impeller should usually undergo a static balance test. Check the clearance of the impeller ring and repair or replace it if it exceeds the specified value.
6. For pump shafts that are severely bent and worn, they must be repaired or replaced. Otherwise, it will cause rotor imbalance and related component wear.
7. The removed screws should be soaked in diesel, cleaned with a wire brush, coated with engine oil or butter, reinstalled or wrapped in plastic sheeting before being placed. (Can be soaked in diesel for storage) to avoid rusting or loss.
