3、 Structural principle

The UQK float level controller consists of a float component/microswitch component and a housing.

A pair of magnetic steels with opposite polarities are installed on the end of the floating ball and the micro switch component. When the floating ball rises and falls within the action limit with the change of liquid level, the magnetic steel at its end also swings up and down accordingly. By driving the magnetic steel on the micro switch component through a non-magnetic shell, the output contacts are correspondingly connected or disconnected, controlling the post signal device to emit light or sound signals. When the float rises and falls with the liquid level, the output contact will only be turned on or off when it is at the action limit and the lower two limit positions, and no signal will be generated during the rise and fall process.

The floating ball of the controller is made of 1G18Ni9Ti stainless steel, while the rest is made of aluminum. If the user needs other materials such as copper or stainless steel, they can negotiate with our company. The floating ball component of the controller and the micro switch component are isolated from each other, thus avoiding defects such as leakage in general liquid level instruments.

2Installation method

The UQK-01 and UQK-02 liquid level controllers are installed horizontally, and attention should be paid to the downward direction of the outlet screw holes during installation. The UQK-03 liquid level controller is installed vertically; The UQK floating ball liquid level controller shell adopts a standard convex installation flange, and the user should configure the corresponding lower flange according to the flange size in Figure 1 during installation; When installing the UQK-03 floating ball level controller, the container box should be detachable because the ball diameter is larger than the flange diameter.

3. Adjustment method

The adjustment method for the application range of the UQK-02 float level controller is adjustable in stages. The action range can be adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the upper and lower positioning screws located on the sector lever to change the float movement angle; Or remove the split pin and replace it with a connecting rod of different lengths to change the swing radius of the floating ball for adjustment; The adjustment method of the action range of the UQK-03 float level controller is infinitely adjustable, achieved by changing the relative position of the upper and lower positioning rings of the float guide rod.

4. Usage and precautions

When installing the controller, it should be reliably grounded on the metal casing, usually on the flange to ensure safety. The controlled medium should not contain magnetic materials, and the frequency of liquid level fluctuations should not be too high.
