IHF type fluoroplastic chemical pumpThe single-stage single suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump is designed and produced according to international standards and combined with non-metallic pump processing technology. The pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, no toxin decomposition, wide operating temperature, and conveying medium temperature ranging from -85 ℃ to 200 ℃.

The pump body material of the IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an external corrugated pipe mechanical seal, and the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic or carbonized silicon, while the dynamic ring is filled with PTFE filling material or carbonized silicon. Its characteristics are that the pump has a reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, and long service life.
